Whether you’re a beginner or advanced in your practice, sometimes it helps to re-center in meditation with a yoga professional that understands the mind:body connection and the freedom gained from emotional self-regulation.
This is a guided meditation intentionally focused on activating the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation response) so that you can feel more relaxed in your body and be more aware going into your next activity of the day.
