Yoga For Health
Charity’s yoga practice began about 13 years ago when she discovered for herself what it means to connect the breath with movement. The results of her self-practice inspired her to travel to Rishikesh, India in 2014 where she was trained in Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda studies, and where she had one of the most transformative experiences connecting in an intentional and like-minded community. Here, she completed her 500 HR YTT and is now a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. Her yoga teacher training remains one of her most powerful and transformative life experiences.
Since her first training, Charity has shared her passion for yoga in private settings, local communities and in a hospital. She has also continued her yoga education through additional trainings such as Trauma-informed Yoga (2017) and Yoga for Cancer Patients (2015).
Her yoga practice has become her "home" - a sustainable source of self-reliance, self-healing, resiliency, compassion, happiness, humbleness, maintaining mental wellness and a vehicle for social equality. Her goal is simply to inspire others to express the best "version" of themselves.
#onehumanrace #socialequality
Charity strongly believes in equality-for-all and dismantling harmful social constructs such as the categorization by "race".
Beginning with the belief that we all should be treated equally and have a right to live freely without undue influences is what she's found to be the cornerstone to successful and profitable relationships. Her best partnerships and communities are ones that are united by a shared vision for social equity, peace, and upholding privacy and data protection rights in a technology-driven world.

Reducetarian: One of my favorite memories meeting a very "human-like" animal in India - this beautiful cow. Today, I am committed to eating less meat and almost completely eliminating beef from my diet. This conscious choice is both protecting animal rights from "our" over-consumption while also reducing global greenhouse gas emissions from the meat industry.
